What technicians should check first every day and how to act from the Home screen.
The Home screen is your daily control center. It shows what needs attention now and gives direct shortcuts to continue inspection work.
What you see on Home
- Overdue today: inspections that should already be handled.
- Due soon (30 / 60 / 90 days): upcoming workload horizon.
- In progress: inspections you already started.
- Awaiting signature: inspections that still need final sign-off.
- Current assignment card: quickest way to continue your active inspection.
Quick actions from Home
Use Home shortcuts to jump directly into work:
- Work: open assignment queue.
- Sync center: check pending uploads and blockers.
- Equipment: review calibration risk before field work.
- Account / Menu: change context, language, or open other tools.
Recommended daily routine
- Open Overdue today and clear urgent items first.
- Continue any In progress inspection before starting a new one.
- Check Sync center if you see pending actions.
- Check Equipment warnings before capturing new evidence.
If Home looks empty or wrong
- Open More > Work context and confirm the correct organization/module.
- Pull to refresh Home.
- Open Sync center and run manual sync when online.
Continue with Work Queue to start or resume inspections.
