History and Protocols
Review completed work, filter records, and open execution details safely.
Use History to review completed and past inspection activity.
What History is for
- verify what was completed,
- reopen execution detail,
- access protocol output (online).
Filters you can use
History supports:
- status filter (for example completed/in progress/scheduled),
- date window (all, 7, 30, 90 days),
- text search by title/module/location/asset.
Open execution detail
From a history item, open execution detail to review:
- inspection status,
- timing and last activity,
- protocol button.
Protocol behavior
Protocol opens from execution detail and requires online connectivity.
If offline, reconnect first, then retry opening protocol.
If a record is missing
- Confirm your work context (organization/module).
- Refresh History.
- Run manual sync from Sync center.
