Key terms used in the organization app.
Asset
An item your organization inspects. Assets are grouped by module.
Module
An inspection template that defines the workflow and asset fields.
Inspection (visit)
A scheduled visit that runs a module against selected assets.
Execution
The run of an inspection for a single asset.
Protocol
The final report for an execution, including results and evidence.
Compliance status
The inspection status of an asset: OK, Due soon, or Overdue.
Lifecycle status
The asset state: Active, Inactive, Archived, or Retired.
