The dashboard is the fastest way to see where attention is needed today.

What this page is for

Use the dashboard to:

• spot urgent compliance risk,
• see inspection throughput,
• jump directly into assets, inspections, or team actions.

Filters at the top

Use the period selector (7 / 30 / 90 days) to switch reporting windows. This affects trends and activity summaries.

If your organization uses multiple modules, apply a module filter to focus only on one program.

Key cards and what they mean

• Action required: assets that need immediate inspection action.
• Overdue: assets past due date.
• Due soon: assets approaching due date.
• In progress: inspections currently being worked.
• Compliant: assets currently on track.

Select a card to jump into the relevant filtered view.

Panels you should review daily

• Pipeline: scheduled vs in progress vs completed inspections.
• Upcoming inspections: what is due next and who is assigned.
• Recent activity: latest started/completed/abandoned work.
• Asset health by module: which module needs intervention.
• Equipment alerts: expired calibration, due soon, or missing certificates.

Recommended daily routine

1. Check Action required and Overdue first.
2. Open the affected assets and confirm scheduling.
3. Review Upcoming inspections and technician load.
4. Resolve equipment warnings before field work.
