History and Protocols

Use History to review completed and past inspection activity.

What History is for

• verify what was completed,
• reopen execution detail,
• access protocol output (online).

Filters you can use

History supports:

• status filter (for example completed/in progress/scheduled),
• date window (all, 7, 30, 90 days),
• text search by title/module/location/asset.

Open execution detail

From a history item, open execution detail to review:

• inspection status,
• timing and last activity,
• protocol button.

Protocol behavior

Protocol opens from execution detail and requires online connectivity.

If offline, reconnect first, then retry opening protocol.

If a record is missing

1. Confirm your work context (organization/module).
2. Refresh History.
3. Run manual sync from Sync center.
