Common issues and quick fixes for organization managers.

I cannot see the Modules page

Your role may not include module management. Ask an owner or admin to confirm your permissions.

I cannot create an inspection

Check the following:

  • At least one module is active.
  • Your asset list is not empty.
  • A technician is available to assign.

If any of these are missing, the Create Inspection button will stay disabled.

Assets are missing from the list

  • Confirm you selected the correct module.
  • Clear the search field and filters.
  • Toggle Show archived if the asset is archived.

I do not see Billing settings

Billing may be disabled for organizations or handled at the user account level.

The protocol is not available

Protocols are only generated after an execution is completed. Check the execution status first.
