Create inspection

Use this page to create a new inspection batch.

Before you start

• At least one active module is available.
• At least one technician is available.
• Assets exist in the selected module.

Step-by-step

1. Open Inspections and select Create inspection.
2. Select a module.
3. Select the assigned technician.
4. Set scheduled date and time.
5. Add notes for the technician (optional).
6. Choose assets:
   • use search,
   • filter by compliance status,
   • use smart/custom selection windows for larger batches.
7. Select Create inspection.

Smart and custom selection windows

• Smart window automatically includes assets due soon based on scheduling settings.
• Custom range lets you define your own date range.
• You can include an extra 7-day buffer when needed.

If creation is blocked

• No module selected.
• No technician selected.
• No assets selected.
• Custom range missing end date.

Fix the highlighted field and create again.
