Mobile Equipment screen
The mobile tab helps you quickly monitor equipment state:
- calibration status summaries,
- filters (all, expired, due soon, ok),
- item detail for field verification.
Use this before starting high-priority inspections.
Calibration status meaning
- Expired: calibration is out of date and needs immediate action.
- Due soon: still valid, but should be renewed soon.
- OK: currently valid.
Full management on desktop web
On web, equipment management includes:
- adding/editing equipment,
- recording calibration updates,
- uploading calibration certificates,
- archiving/restoring equipment.
Recommended weekly routine
- Filter Expired and resolve first.
- Review Due soon and schedule recalibration.
- Upload missing certificates as soon as available.
- Re-check before compliance-heavy days.
If data does not refresh, run manual sync and reopen Equipment.
