Inspection workbench

Execute inspection work asset by asset and finalize with signature.

Workbench is where actual inspection execution happens.

Page layout

  • Left side: asset queue with status, search, filters, and progress.
  • Right side: active workflow runtime for the selected asset.

Typical execution flow

  1. Open an asset from the queue.
  2. Select Start or Resume.
  3. Complete workflow steps.
  4. Mark the asset complete.
  5. Continue with the next asset.

Supported operational actions

  • Skip asset with required reason and notes.
  • Archive asset when the item is no longer valid in service.
  • Add asset directly into the current inspection batch.
  • Filter by location to reduce on-site switching.

Equipment handling

Before starting, select inspection equipment for the remaining assets.

Workbench highlights:

  • expired calibration,
  • due-soon calibration,
  • missing certificates.

Signature and completion

When all inspection work is done:

  1. Open the signature panel.
  2. Draw signature.
  3. Select Sign inspection.

The signature applies to the whole inspection batch and locks final state.
