Billing

Review active plan, open customer portal, and change subscription.

Billing settings are available only when organization billing is enabled and your role has billing access.

Active plan panel

In Active plan you can review:

  • current plan name,
  • subscription status,
  • included features,
  • price and billing interval,
  • seat-based pricing indicator (when used).

Customer portal

Use Customer portal to manage payment operations outside the app, such as invoices and billing method.

Change plan

Use Change plan to compare available plans and switch the active subscription.

If you do not see Billing

Common reasons:

  • billing is disabled for your organization,
  • billing is managed centrally,
  • your role does not have billing permission.
