Team members and roles

Invite people, manage access, and maintain role hygiene.

Members settings are the control center for organization access.

Page structure

  • Invite member: send a new invitation by email and role.
  • Role overview: quick role definitions.
  • Members tab: active organization users.
  • Invitations tab: pending invitations and expiration.

Invite workflow

  1. Open SettingsMembers.
  2. In Invite member, enter email.
  3. Select role (Member, Admin, Owner).
  4. Send invitation.
  5. Track acceptance in Invitations tab.

Managing active members

In Members tab, authorized users can:

  • change role,
  • remove another member,
  • leave organization (for their own account).

Owner role cannot be downgraded from member actions.

Managing invitations

In Invitations tab, authorized users can revoke pending invites.

Use this when invitation was sent to a wrong address or role.

Permission rules

If you do not see invite/role/remove controls, your current role does not allow membership management.
