General settings control what users see in organization identity and what appears in inspection protocols.
Organization profile
Organization logo
- Click the logo circle to upload PNG or JPG.
- Crop the image before save.
- Updated logo appears across organization pages.
Organization name
- Edit the organization display name.
- Save to update labels used across the app.
Inspection protocol details
Use Inspection protocol details to define organization data printed in reports:
- legal name,
- site name,
- address,
- company ID and tax ID,
- contact person, email, and phone,
- default location label.
Keeping these fields complete makes protocols consistent and audit-ready.
Permissions note
If a field is unavailable or save fails due access, ask an organization owner or admin to apply the change.
